NCR forms are a manual process of transferring information from the first copy to subsequent pages a clean, legible duplicate copy, unlike the blue carbon copy. The magic of NCR paper is a special coating of clay (front side) and micro-encapsulated dye (back side of paper). 

NCR paper is a special paper used for making top-notch duplicate copies & looking at your brand and customer’s perspective and except for the brand perspective, it increases your working efficiency.

Why carbonless form printing?

1. It’s an eco-friendly and easy-to-write, 100% recyclable paper stock.
2. To eliminate pain by inserting a carbon paper each time while making a bill.

5. You have to write on a parent copy only, all the duplicate copies needed, get printed automatically.

NCR paper comes in different colors for making multi-layer forms. Regular NCR form colors are White, Pink, Yellow, Green, and Blue. Different businesses need different sets of carbonless Forms as well as (1+1, 1+2. 1+3), etc.  

The Concept of NCR paper

There are three types of NCR paper sheets used in

• CF
• CFB
• CB

In terms of paper quality,

CF means (carbon coated front side) White Parent Copy

CFB (carbon coated front & Back on both sides) Middle Parent Copy

CB (carbon coated back side only) Record Copy

These paper sheets are coated with micro-encapsulated carbon particles, when pressure is applied through a pen while writing it breaks and produces a sharp mark on the below copy 

Here you can choose writing orientation portrait and landscape.

Sequential numbered bills make more accurate accounting data. Don’t forget to mention the serial number. Serial number options from 4 digits to 7 digits.

Bound facilities can be chosen from the left or top sides you prefer most.

(1+1) 100 sets of 2 leaves mean (100 original copies + 100 duplicate).

(1+2) 50 sets of 3 leaves (50 original copies, 50 duplicate, 50 triplicate).

(1+3) 50 sets 4 leaves (50 original copies, 50 duplicate, 50 triplicate, 50 quadruplicate).

You may get the NCR form as a pad (gummed) and perforated and stapled.
