Because all our items are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than an error on our part.

No Returns or Cancellations:

Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded, as each product is custom-made for you.

Replacement Policy (Our Guarantee):

If you receive a product that has:

• A printing mistake (different from your approved design/proof), or
• A manufacturing defect caused by us,

👉 We will re-print and deliver the corrected item at no extra cost.

Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for providing correct design files, text, spellings, sizes, and other details at the time of order.

Shivani Enterprises will not be held responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g., wrong name, wrong size, low-quality image).

To claim a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the error.
